Built for Singapore F&B

The three biggest F&B headaches in Singapore — solved

Warely sales and cost report

High rent & rising costs

Keep overheads low: one all-in-one system from S$384/year with no per-terminal or per-transaction fees, and live sales reports so you protect every dollar of margin. Add inventory and recipe costing on Pro.

QR and self-order ordering screen

Hard to find manpower

Serve a full house with fewer staff: QR ordering and self-order kiosks let customers order themselves, while the kitchen display keeps service moving — so your team runs food, not the till.

Warely sales and customer dashboard

Marketing & keeping customers

Turn one-time diners into regulars: built-in CRM, points, vouchers and campaigns capture every customer and bring them back — no separate loyalty app to pay for.

Before you ask

F&B owners usually ask…

How much does Warely cost?

There are three plans, all billed annually and all with no per-terminal or per-transaction fees: Basic at S$384 a year (about S$1.05 a day), Pro at S$680 and Enterprise at S$900. Setup is a one-time S$500 — waived entirely if you prepay two years of Pro at S$1,360, or half price if you prepay two years of Basic at S$768. That is the software-only price, for owners who already have a terminal. If you need hardware too, the all-in bundles start at S$2,000. All prices exclude GST, and we’ll confirm the exact figure for your outlet at the free demo.

What is in the all-in hardware bundles?

Two options, and both include a full two years of Warely POS Pro, two years of loyalty, two years of GrabFood integration, PayNow at 0.4% and onsite installation. Cashless Counter, S$2,000 is a D3 Mini terminal — the pick for kiosks and counters that run fully cashless. Complete Counter, S$2,300 adds a dual-screen D3 Pro, a cash drawer and a thermal printer, and is what most outlets choose when starting from scratch or replacing ageing hardware.

Is there a contract or lock-in?

No lock-in contract. Onboarding is free and our team is Singapore-based — you stay with Warely because it works, not because you’re tied in.

Do I need to replace my current POS hardware?

Not necessarily. Warely runs on standard tablets and terminals, and we’ll tell you honestly what you can keep and what’s worth upgrading — then bundle only what you need.

Can Warely really help with my manpower shortage?

Yes — self-order kiosks, QR and table ordering let guests order and pay themselves, and the kitchen display keeps orders moving. Most outlets run the same shift comfortably with one or two fewer front-of-house staff.

Will it work with Grab?

Yes. Delivery orders land on the same screen as your counter, QR and kiosk orders — one menu, one stock count, no separate tablets to juggle.

Serve a fuller house with a leaner team.
